Our Christmas hams will be bone out joints from the leg or shoulder that have been wet cured (contains salt and sodium nitrite E250 and E251) with demerara sugar. Please be aware that they will require cooking!
The pigs in blankets will be based on our classic sausage (pork, water, sourdough breadcrumb*, salt, sage and pepper) with some added nutmeg, wrapped in bacon (cured with dry salt containing salt and sodium nitrite E250 and E252)
