Wishing you a delicious, porky Christmas!

Boxes will contain the Christmas essentials:

  • Ham joint (approx. 2-2.5kg)

  • Pigs in blankets (1 x packet of 6)

  • Bacon Lardons (200g)

  • Sausagemeat (500g)

Our Christmas boxes will be delivered fresh in insulated packaging designed to keep your food safe in transit. We are still in the process of confirming final details but estimated delivery date will be 23rd December. The pork will have at least 1 week until it’s fresh use by date, ready to go straight in to your fridge or freezer!

Please email milly@gothelneyfarmer.co.uk if you would like any added extras to your box including other joints such as rolled shoulder, loin, belly or porchetta.

Ingredients including allergens (in bold) as follows:

Our Christmas hams will be bone out joints from the leg or shoulder that have been wet cured (contains salt and sodium nitrite E250 and E251) with demerara sugar. Please be aware that they will require cooking!

The pigs in blankets will be based on our classic sausage (pork, water, sourdough breadcrumb*, salt, sage and pepper) with some added nutmeg, wrapped in bacon (cured with dry salt containing salt and sodium nitrite E250 and E252) 

The sausagemeat will be based on our classic sausage (pork, water, sourdough breadcrumb*, salt, sage and pepper) with some added nutmeg   *contains gluten

Postage and packaging is calculated at check out. Alternatively, collection from the farm is available at no additional cost.
